Customer Spanish This short course, or cursillo, helps your staff serve Spanish-speaking clients through use of basic Spanish pronunciation of words and phrases. A unique list gives you over 400 Spanish words you already know (but don't know you know). Normally, the course is provided for one hour a week for eight weeks on the client's premises, but course length and price can be adapted to the client's needs. At the end of the course, the student will NOT be FLUENT in Spanish, but will: -
Be familiar with basic Spanish words and phrases -
Know how to pronounce almost any Spanish word and be better able to recognize Spanish sounds and interpret them -
Have at least a 400-word Spanish vocabulary from words that are the same, or nearly the same, in Spanish and English -
Feel the appreciation that Spanish speakers have toward English speakers, and their organizations, who have taken the trouble to learn their language -
